Supervision
WHAT: Social Work supervision by an LISW-S to provide the training, education and resources required to satisfy the requirements of the Ohio Counselor and Social Worker Board to become licensed as an LISW. Weekly meetings in small groups (individual sessions available on request) in a comfortable, confidential setting to discuss social work practice, interventions and outcomes, with the goal of enhancing learning and improving skills. The process includes case consultations and collaboration/coordination with the workplace.
WHY: Many agencies are not able to provide their LSW staff members with regular, professional supervision by an LISW-S.
WHO: Idelle Datlof, LISW-S is an experienced clinical supervisor who will work with you to create a rich learning experience, to benefit the worker, the client and the agency.
WHERE/WHEN: Statewide via Skype. All you need is a computer, webcam, and high-speed connection!
Cincinnati (Madeira, near Kenwood Towne Centre.)
FEES:
Individual supervision $45.00/hr.
For groups of at least four members, $15/per hour, per person.
